I live in Devon, on the southern coast of England, and the more designs I create the more I realise how much the landscape influences me - you'll see lots of blues and greys as well as seasidey patterns in my work! I first learned to knit when I was very small and, after working as an editor and book designer in London, picked up my needles again when my children were small. I soon rediscovered my love of knitting and designed a range of patterns that are simple to follow, often quick to knit, and use easy care yarns - perfect for new knitters, new mums, or anyone wanting a relaxing project. And now I'm moving on, creating more ambitious designs, for myself as well as babies and children. Exciting times ahead!
